With small group personal training (groups of 2-4) you receive the same level of training and nutrition to help you achieve your goals at a fraction of the cost. Group training also has the added benefits of having someone to go through your fitness journey with and to help you keep motivated along the way.

Sessions are at a fixed price of £20 per session per person with a minimum booking of 4 sessions (£80 per person for 4 sessions).
